Authorized usage policies, trademark guidelines, and legal terms governing the Woohl Brand Hub and its derivative digital assets.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, downloading, embedding, or utilizing any assets from the Woohl Brand Hub (brand.woohl.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or downloading these materials.
2. Intellectual Property & Limited License
All brand assets, including without limitation the Woohl bird mark, wordmarks, logotypes, color tokens, vector illustrations, design guidelines, and typography specimens for Woohl, Sama, Pickie, Unstage AI, and Zerohorizon Labs are the exclusive intellectual property of ZEROHORIZON LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant members of the press, verified partners, platform merchants, creators, and media publishers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, non-transferable license to use our brand assets strictly for editorial coverage, integration documentation, and co-marketing purposes.
3. Brand Guardrails & Acceptable Use
You Must:
- Use official vector files (SVG) or high-res 4K PNGs provided on this hub.
- Maintain the specified clearspace padding around all marks.
- Ensure contrast complies with WCAG AA guidelines against backdrops.
- Link back to official brand domains when displaying web badges.
You Must Never:
- Distort, stretch, skew, shear, or rotate our marks.
- Alter the brand colors, gradients, or typography lockup.
- Add drop shadows, bevels, outlines, or decorative visual effects.
- Imply unverified endorsement, ownership, or partnership.
4. CDN Hotlinking & Availability
The public SVG embed links provided on this hub are hosted on global edge CDN infrastructure. While we aim for 99.99% uptime, we provide embed endpoints on an "as is" and "as available" basis. For mission-critical production applications, we recommend hosting asset copies on your own CDN or asset pipeline.
5. Termination & Revocation
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or modify your authorization to use our brand assets at any time and to take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized or misleading use of our trademarks.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
